experiments aren't supperted in the way they were in Pogamut 2. To get the same functionality you can:
1) use UCCWrapper to start the server - note that the map can be set through UCCWrapperConf class
2) get UT2004Server instance for the server
3) connect the bots by yourself
Maybe we will reintroduce support for experiments to Pogamut 3 but right now it isn't an issue.
