How to use the pogamut api on the player i'm playing with

Hi all, i've a question: I'd like to use the same api provided by pogamut on the player i'm playing with.

So i'd like to retrieve how many enemies are around me, or how much is my health level.

Is this possible? Can you give me some hints, please?
