Usually these are asynchronous messages. These messages comes in a batch enclosed by SMSG and EMSG messages (where MSG identifier changes according to the message). Batch messages are usually large – they contain information about navigation grid, all items on the map and other things. Batch messages are usually used for exporting information where we are not sure how big the information will be (hence the use of start and end message). Example of inventory batch message:
