[[http://rapid-i.com/content/view/181/190/lang,en/|RapidMiner]] is an opensource machine learning package implemented in Java. It can interface with well known [[http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/ml/weka/|Weka library]]. Rapidminer is a powerful tool for analyzing large sets of data. When combined with Weka it provides several hundreds of algorithms, however there are still many algorithms described in the literature that aren't implemented there and that will be appreciated by the community. One possible direction of the work would be implementation of various probabilistic algorithms working with time series.
