Name: | Create sandbox for cognitive experiments in virtual reality
You will learn: | Game engine programming, scripting
Difficulty: | moderate to high
Excitement: | Create something that will help to push the borders of humankind knowledge further
Description: | There are plenty of approaches how to study human cognition. Experiments with memory, spatial orientation, perception and social cognition can help us to understand how the human mind actually works, but they can be also used in disease diagnostics (e.g. early diagnosis of Alzheimer diase can help to mitigate the negative consequences for the patient). Help us to create a sandbox that will allow us to specify and perform certain kind of experiments in virtual reality. Use UDK or Unity engines that are open, free-to-use, state-of-the-art game engines.
